Welcome to The Coastal Crown — a sprawling 1,600 sq ft top-floor penthouse with breathtaking skyline and ocean views, brilliant natural light, and room for 9 guests. Originally a hotel before this penthouse tier was added, the entire space has been modernized into the ultimate coastal getaway.
Living & dining. The heart of the penthouse is a massive, open-concept living space. Sunlight pours in through two skylights, and the 85" wall-mounted TV is built for movie nights and game days.
Chef's kitchen. Modern stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge. Pots, pans, knives, plates, wine glasses — all provided. Start the morning with both a Keurig (K-cups included) and a traditional drip coffee maker.
The balcony. Step out onto the master balcony with comfortable outdoor seating and an unobstructed view of the ocean — the perfect spot to listen to the waves crash.
